I drew this a few days ago when I was feeling down, and while I no longer feel down I figured why not post it anyway.
All i draw is Sely’s dumb face. Art is hard.
So I finally finished this thing. Altered the quote to fit the characters better, but it’s originally from “No Church in the Wild” by Kanye West and Jay-Z if anyone’s interested.

YES HELLO.
I decided to write up a slight continuation of THIS bit of writing I’d done a while back. Basically I like the forsaken, so it’s another Sely-writing, skip if you don’t care for the undead or whatevs. Yay for self-made NPC’s!

Headcanons for today:
Sely:
-The belt buckle I always draw her wearing was a gift from when she was alive, hence the more holy/light centric embellishment on it.
-Since being dead affords her so much free time, she is way more attentive to her clothing, and their condition than she was when alive. Additionally, the fondness for corsets of the “damn near organ crushing” variety is exclusive to her being forsaken.
-Secretly, she has a “soft spot” for other forsaken when they seem to be “touched in the head” or essentially a little dumb or just naive. The naive part, because it reminds her of herself when raised, before her memories were regained.
Zanrin:
-On occasion, when he’s muttering to himself there’s a good chance he’s absently talking to his late wife. It happens most often when he’s alone, but he has slip ups when he thinks no ones listening.
- Zanrin dreams or gets visions (induced or not) and listens to them for omens, advice, things of that nature. If he knows someone or grows to care about them, they become represented in visions by specific objects/animals/plants. Such as, there’s a certain flower that used to represent Keyara (his late wife), so omens regarding her were identifiable to him with that. No, he won’t tell others what their symbol is, so don’t ask.
-If Mandani plays with his hair when they’re just lounging around, he relaxes enough to fall asleep pretty quickly. (In which Zan is apparently part cat.)
Vysenia:
-She used to be a novice healer, but she houses too much guilt and fear over past failures that she’s unofficially given up on it. If asked, yes she heals, but good luck finding her after asking.
-Her hair is kept short, not because if some deep, emotional symbolism but because when she had it waist-length, it got caught on a tree in Ashenvale while she was traveling through with a friend. Multiple times. She cut it to avoid future clumsiness and because the last time it got caught they couldn’t get it free.
-Vysenia has slowly gained confidence in her handling of shadow magic, but still secretly idolizes other priests when they’re healers.
Dangit Adries, keep your adorable priest away from me, I’m supposed to be working! ;)

Death Becomes You
So, today I decided to write up a thing for a prompt set up in a thread on the WRA forums.The prompt was, as the title of the entry is, ‘death becomes you’, which was Borgg basically asking us as writers/RPers, to write something for our character facing an enemy, and killing them. Mostly a chance for us to ‘show off’ what our character’s made of in a way that one hardly gets a chance to in RP.
I wrote mine for Selynth, and while I’m honestly shaky as ever as far as my own ability to write these days, I decided I’d share it with you guys here too. I wanted to kind of explore where Selynth’s mind is recently, and well…ugh. Guys I really love Forsaken a lot ok. A lot. SIGHS LOUDLY.
